Guys I am so confused right now,I was in small interior firm and I just know 3d modelling and rendering with blender.
Now the confusion was whether I stay in the firm with a Good mentor and learn 100% interior designer or switch to game design company.

I need to know on both sides who are working on that or who have experience this situation.

Please guys tell me what I have to do.

I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
The question is, how can I convince HR?
I have a total of 1.3 years of experience.

In case of TCS in how many days after salary negotiation call with the HR they will send the salary breakup acceptance email for my approval?

FYI the HR said I will be receiving the above mentioned email.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
