Guys, I realized today that I have never regretted leaving the firm. Only how long I stayed. I am soooo grateful to the lords above I didn’t continue to wasting my life working for average talent (at best) who were told they were the greatest by even more average dumbasses.

And of course the gaslighting of “why didn’t you come to me I could have helped or made introductions”. Clearly everything is about him. How have you handled such situations?
