Tips/Nuggets for switching departments within an agency.

Do any of you work in a different country than your company is based? I would love to eventually work internationally (based in the USA), ideally remote, but I’m not sure how realistic it is for most people

Also unfortunately I don’t code so a programming jobs are out of the question, and I know many of those jobs are easily worked remote/internationally

It seems like US companies could be using places like Haiti to manufacture a lot of goods. They have fairly cheep labor and it is pretty close to the US.

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
