Need feedback as i am having offer of two companies. 1. Accenture:-15.40 lpa fixed. 2.Jade Global:- 18 lpa fixed as tech stack is oracle cloud fusion . Which one to choose Accenture not giving pune location as they are giving Bangalore?

In both company work profile is same & I don't have idea about work culture as I got mixed review from colleagues.

I completed all rounds of interviews with capgemini. HR took all the documents about 10 days ago. However, offer letter is not yet released. HR stating that she is waiting for client project confirmation. Anyone faced such delays ? Ans what was the final outcome?

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Company A is not responding , no communication , No reply to mails and not picking up the call. What to do? any suggestion will be appricaited.

Never tell your colleagues where you are joining beforehand.
Not all are good advisors, some will ruin your mind with their opinions.
