Would you say your job got easier or harder since Covid started?

I do NOT want children. And yet, recently, I’m desperate to spend time with my niece and nephew. I’m panicking that this is the beginning of me changing my mind.

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

I’m mid-career and hoping to make a pivot to internal comms. I’m currently working in-house but the vast majority of my experience is at agency with very little internal comms experience.
