Hard to answer some explicit “years of experience” question when I haven’t held the actual title she was asking about… she ended by emphasizing how much they value communication and being very clear with their ideas… send good vibes 🫠🥴

Sanity check. Going to preface this by saying I'm not in a rush. I wanted to get some good consulting experience so joined EY out of UG. Got early promo, but I've reached the point where I'm no longer growing (learning) much on my current team. I've become very interested in PE and want to give that a shot. I lack the resume experience.

Thinking to move within EY to an M&A focused group SaT or EYP. Do ~2 years and see if I still want that. Will that tick the box for most PE shops?

Anyone with psychologist partners or friends? Trying to help my wife figure out next steps in her career. Currently is a clinical psychologist seeing about 20 ppl/week for 120-130 dollars a person (she currently takes insurance). IMO this limits her overall earning potential.
