Had two good interviews 3 weeks ago and both went really well... but I haven't heard anything since. And yes, the job is still posted on their website. I want to email them asking for an update, but don't want to look too eager or annoying. What would you guys do?

If you haven't heard in three weeks I don't think you'll come off as too eager or annoying if you reach out. And seriously, there's nothing wrong with looking eager. Try to get in touch and get an update. It's possible you're being ghosted, but it's also possible they're just moving slowly for their own reasons.

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

How do I get a job as a Mechanical Engineer if I dont have experience?

I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I’ve been mostly just doing CAD for a company for the last year by creating minimally dimensioned drawings and moving parts around in assemblies. I want to evolve in my career and be doing more. I worked so hard to earn my degree and I feel like I’m not even using it. But who will hire me?
