Don't want to get all nerdy here but if you're unable to move your arms for two days, it could be a sign of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). That's normal after intense workouts, but if the pain is severe and affects your daily activities, you should reassess your lifting technique or the weight you're using. If you’re consistently feeling this way, reduce the weight slightly or get more recovery time between sessions...
I’m always kind of sore afterwards, but nothing that is detrimental to my day to day life. If you feel like you need to scale back some, that isn’t a bad thing. Starting slow can feel like defeat yet it is the best way to establish long term fitness and habits!
Haha I'm experiencing the post-leg day version of this currently where the idea of going up the stairs feels completely impossible. If you're relatively new to working out (like me), I think this is fairly normal - our bodies aren't used to lifting just yet. I think/hope it'll start getting easier after a few consistent months!
