For me personally its not good. It feels like a controlled environment, the managers act like they’re cool and welcoming but they’re not. If you’re directly reporting onshore then i guess it’s worth it.
These guys don’t have a structure yet, no ijps, no growth structure all these managers want is to impress their onshore managers.
But they have good benefits
