Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

Less screen time on your phone
- drink 64 oz of water
- wake up at first alarm
- exercise 5x/week
- try to only eat during meals (no constant snacking)
- run 3 miles / week
This sounds like a solid plan. If you’re into running, consider timing yourself in a specific distance / running loop. Same goes for weight lifting and weight loss. Being able to measure progress is a real motivator.
Read some book for at least 30 mins daily
15k steps a day.
Stretching
Reach out to long distance friends 1x/mo each. Even if just meme or text.
All good goals. Try incorporating them slowly rather than all at once.

Start doing strength workout now and maintain. It's best way to keep your T levels up

If you’re not super active right now, setting a manageable stretch goal for steps is a good place to start so you’re not wearing yourself out or demotivated if you don’t hit it. Start with like 7k and then once you hit that, add another 1k a week or something until you’re a 10-15k. That’s still a a manageable amount without cutting into your day.
Having a dedicated podcast or something to listen to when you exercise is a great motivator too. You want to know what comes next, better get moving!
I set up a 30 min block on my calendar mid-day to have lunch and go out for a ~15 min walk.
Eat healthy -very important
Exercise and Diet. Thats it. Diet should be protein rich diet. Total weight x 1 = Required gm of protein intake. Try mix of Egg protein, why protein, soy protein, etc
Lots of alcohol🍺🍺
Walk! It’s hard to get the motivation to go from not working out all, to running Marathons. Walking is a highly under appreciated form of exercise in our demographic of over-achieving-20to40yearold-consulting-triathletes.
