New to the own-your-own-business journey!

I’m looking for suggestions/tips on where to start with a business idea. For years I’ve been wanting to open my own business (store front). I’m currently attending part time school and have a great full time job with excellent pay; however, as of two weeks ago, I had this feeling that I needed to go after my dream. I’m putting school on hold for now and using the extra time to focus on the business idea.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Need some advice. My pet had been eating his kebble food on a consistent basis. Then I introduced a bit of raw chicken into his kebble and loved having it even more. How many training sessions a day do you do? Between feeding 3x a day, multiple walks and constant supervision I feel like I’m failure my puppy if I don’t make it through the days relaxation protocol and work on walking and work on recall and work on not jumping on new people etc

Anyone have lemonade pet insurance? I’m confused by it, it says if I pay 18ish a month more, it covers vaccines, heart worm test, blood test etc but only up to a certain amount. So is it not 80% of my bill? Is another insurance company easier haha
