Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Its been 10 days since I had salary discussion(HR just asked me about my salary expectation... nothing more than that)
I have submitted pre hire documents as well.

Sent a mail to HR, No response from them.

Suggestions needed
I am serving notice period and last working day is on 11th march 22
I have offer from amdocs 10lpa
Cleared many interview like LTI Cognizant Delloite etc
But they are not generating my offer letter by hearing ask for 12lpa or 11.5lpa also.. ( feeling helpless even after clearing interviews no response)

What should i do? I am i asking more?

Current job MNC as sap consultant Total YOE 6. Annual salary Package 18L net annual salary package 16L (after tax deduction, PF, Insurance,)
Net salary Monthly 1.19L .

Offer i get from japan
Small company offer me 4L yen monthly after all tax and insurance deduction 3.20L yen net monthly salary in INR is 1.88L , japan living expenses per month is 1L saving 88000.
