Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word. I've gotten nothing but positive feedback with the in-house recruiter I'm working with. Is this normal? I'd love to work for this firm and don't want to be annoying :)

Hey, another question for y’all. How should I reach out to a recruiter who offered me a full time position but I rejected for a better offer? At the time I was offered the position my main concern was lack of guidance/support from leadership. Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week. She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. I regret not applying to Harvard. I never thought I’d get into a top school and then got into wharton with a 100k fellowship - which changed my entire perspective. It sucks thinking “what if…”. Employer is trying to force me (disabled using a walker and immunocompromised) to return to work at the office after WFH efficiently (covering 2 roles!) For 2 years. I actually can't even do my job from the office. Office isn't ADA compliant and my walker doesn't fit. Some employees aren't vaxxed and mask mandates are being removed. I've been fighting this order loudly. And now I have to meet with the CEO, HR and my supervisor. Wish I could leave, but I don't have a new job lined up.

Hey, so I was offered a CDP position as an analyst in Accenture starting this fall, but today I just found out I got the Fulbright scholarship to be an ETA in Thailand for a year.
