Happy manic Monday HR friends!

Today, I started a new position as an HR/Recruiting Partner (never had a title like this either - it's exciting!) at a 2 year old mortgage company out of Michigan with lenders nationwide.

I'm very experienced in manufacturing recruiting, C Suite and all sorts in between... however not lender recruiting experience.

So! Asking for any advice that anyone may have or useful platforms for trends? Experience they'd like to share, a hurdle that was overcome.

Considering an EY FSO Advisory Senior Consultant position in LA/SF offices. Anyone have any idea of salary ranges for such a role? I'm thinking in the 110k range.

How long is it taking to hear back from companies (Accenture, Deloitte etc.) after applying with referral? Is it quicker because of great resignation or still the same amount of waiting time?

What is annual salary increase for SA at Alvarez and Marsal? I applied for director role but offered SA since I have extensive industry experience but no prior consulting. I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. If 15% increase reasonable for SA or only with promotion?
