You know, people want to work for fair earnings and keep up with today's high cost of living. Most companies have taken advantage of us being more efficient by piling more and more work with little pay, so seeing your coworkers opt out shouldn't be a surprise. Are there rumors of layoffs or something? I'd start looking elsewhere too just incase.
Are they leaving on their own? Or are they being laid off?
Do you know the reason that people are leaving? I don't know that I would be worried if you enjoy working there and people are leaving voluntarily and not being forced out but that is up to you. It doesn't hurt to keep an eye out for other roles if it seems people are jumping ship rapidly.
