I’m new in a dual media relations/digital role. I found myself surprised to see that the digital team actually has account editing video/designing graphics. Is this normal? I recently had an interview with EY India for the role of a consultant. The first interview round was taken by a senior associate but the experience was pretty bad. They seemed completely disinterested in taking the interview right from the get go and seemed very impatient, did not let me complete my sentences and overall just gave me a bad vibe. To top that, the HR had told me the role I was going to be applying for but couldn't find the JD. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
