Senior revving up to manager promo. Only nervous about one thing at the manager level which is having to answer pointed “Why??” questions from higher up clients on live calls. If you were offered a job at a great agency but working on just one brand, but it was a big one like Nike or McDonalds, would you do it? Being siloed sucks, but maybe worth it for a big account?

Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
