Just want to share the worst hiring experience i faced while interviewing for Test Lead position for infosys.

I cleared all the rounds, post that shared the documents for BGC.
Before the process initiation i pre informed them about my cctc, ectc and offer amount inhand. Inspite of all that after waiting for 15days i got a cl from h.r team, they literally got nerve to offer me the amount which is 1.5L less than my cctc. Extreme wastage of bandwidth of the interviewee, Beware

Is your district providing SLP’s PPE or are you responsible for supplying your own? I have heard a ton about teachers and feel that we are being lumped in with them. Districts are not recognizing that we are health care professionals working in an academic environment. We are at much higher risk do to the nature of our work.

Should we actually start posting our rates and salaries?? I work for stepping stones group, I was recruited under a travel contract and they tried to renege. My current offer is for 62/ hour but direct service only aka I only get paid if I’m with kids/ Medicaid billing.

So my district’s school board just met, still no plan or direction. Staff goes back Monday 😕. Honestly I can believe I am part of something like this

Do you think using “him/her” for “he/she” (ex: “her is playing” “him not here yet”) is something that kids usually grow out of? Or does it need direct intervention? I have 2 students who exhibit this error, who otherwise should be dismissed. Normally I’d just keep them on and work on it alongside other goals, but they don’t have any other goals, and with COVID, and my upcoming maternity leave in March, a more compact caseload would be advantageous.
