I had to do this once. It did burn a bridge tbh. I felt bad but had to do it. I let them know as soon as I could, told the truth, and did it by phone I believe. I could tell they were annoyed.

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc).
