Has anyone been through the Solution Consultant interview process? It’s been nearly 2 months for me—4 rounds plus a case study. Had the final round with the business head last week, still waiting to hear back. HR usually responded within a week after each round, with some delay in scheduling. Just wondering how long it typically takes to get confirmation and the offer letter.

I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?

Partners - Do you ever take vacations?

I have been at my current firm for about 1.5 years, and in that entire time the partner in my group hasn't been out of the office a single time. Is that normal? I can't tell if it's standard for big law partners to not take time off, if the dynamics for my group may be different (only 1 partner in the entire group), or it the partner I work with is just a masochist.

Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look". My cool off period will be applicable from the day i attended first round or the date in which i received the regret mail And i would like to apply for a job in Edgeverve. Will the infosys cool off Period be applicable for Edgeverve also? Or i can apply for Edgeverve opening now itself?
