M🐠 here trying to get light twists or something similar with some texture going. I’m having a hard time getting it to work well using leave in conditioner, curling cream, and hair sponge. I have really fine hair and have been using a mayo and egg mask very two weeks. That and using a some hair oil from CulturedTresses has really thickened my hair. Is every two weeks too much protein?

I know shrinkage happens to everyone, but do any of you have UNEVEN shrinkage? When my hair is blown out, my hair length is even (have it cut in layers), but when it’s wash day or even the days after, a significant portion of hair at my nape shrinks so much and makes my hair look crazy uneven. It dries very quickly when wet, & I have to keep adding more product (almost absorbs it, but it still looks frizzy/dry) to just have it hold and not shrink to much... cont..

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible. My scalp will start flaking the day after I wash it and I can visibly see large flakes in my hair - and I'm sure other people can too. It's getting embarassing and not sure what to do other than medication which I've heard can cause hair loss. I've tried ACV rinses and tea tree oil, but no real results.
