Please help! I'm looking for writing terminology. At our agency, we are getting more into creative writing vs ... executional writing? Please help me find the right term. Any suggestions for growing 4C hair to be healthy and retain length? I just big chopped again due to some color damage and need advice for maintaining my hair while in quarantine.

I have really fine hair and have been using a mayo and egg mask very two weeks. That and using a some hair oil from CulturedTresses has really thickened my hair. Is every two weeks too much protein?

My blowout shrinks so fast. I would like to use a flat iron to help, but I've never used one before. Would straightening it at 150-180° even do anything? I don't want heat damage, so I don't want to go above that.

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible. My scalp will start flaking the day after I wash it and I can visibly see large flakes in my hair - and I'm sure other people can too. It's getting embarassing and not sure what to do other than medication which I've heard can cause hair loss. I've tried ACV rinses and tea tree oil, but no real results.
