If I've maxed out my TFSA, should I continue investing through an RRSP or a personal investment account?

For context, I also have a good pension. My main concern is that while the RRSP will be nice to lower my taxable income now, I'm worried when I retire I'll have to withdraw too much from both the RRSP and pension. Thoughts?

Why is it that when ever I look at “entry level” jobs in IT they always want 2-4 years of experience. It’s entry level that means maybe some certifications if they didn’t major in the field or a degree in the field. Not 2-4 years already working in the field. Can someone please explain this to me?

My company has a DPSP program that feeds it directly into an RRSP account. I don't believe there's any RRSP contribution matching program on top of the DPSP (I know I should know, I'm being bad).
