Yes. I prefer it and prefer mouse and keyboard. Most of my friends were already PC though.
I also have the OLED steam deck as a travel device. It works fantastic with the games it is optimized for.
I’m so close to buying one!
I grew up on Xbox and made the switch to PC a few years ago. I do occasionally still play some games on Xbox that aren't available on PC, but I almost exclusively play on my PC now. Mouse & keyboard is so much easier for me, and I have a laptop to play some of my less-intensive games when I don't want to be at my desk anymore.
I love my Steam Deck.
Kind of? I have been console forever and built a gaming pc this year. Have barely touched my switch or ps5 since except to play some exclusives. I don't have a steam deck though
I switched in the past. Took a while to adjust but picked it up quick! M&k and no frame rate/graphic limitation is 100% worth it
I still use my controller on PC for single player games
I've always been PC and console.
I believe they both have their purposes. Console just works better with my home theater setup. PS5 works better with my Atmos surround sound and the HDR implementation is way better on both PS5 and XSX than it is on windows. Console is just better for kicking back and chilling on the couch.
I still play on PC though, my partner and I have a his/hers PC gaming setup that we regularly game on as well. I generally only use it for BeamNG.drive or when I'm playing online with friends. Most single player games I play on console because the home theater experience is way better. I used to have a PC hooked up to it but it was never a perfect experience.
Can't speak to handhelds since I've never really been a fan. My Switch collects dust mostly lol.
Aren't PC games full of cheaters and hackers bc the code can be breached more easily?
No unless it’s super old CODs or something like that
