Has anyone ever had a male boss that expects you to just blindly listen to their opinion even though they have less experience than you in a specific topic? It also seems like he is annoyed when I reach out even though I’m very polite. With this type of boss, is it better to just avoid them and have them come to me if they need something rather than seek any advice from them? I don’t want them to think they aren’t needed though. I recently got promoted and not sure he’s happy about that.
