You always hear mgrs/sr mgrs switching to industry to become a controller, but do controllers ever come into public accounting as a sr mgr or anything else??

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?

Currently, the data is arranged with the unique ID in Column A, and associated products in Column B. However, each product has its own row so company 1234 might have 5 rows and company 5678 might have 20. Let me tell you, I love the flexibility at my firm, OK pay, and I do a great job, and am comfortable pushing back when I have too much work . BUT managers are terrible at planning and recently end up putting me in preventable situations where I need to work 55 hrs or have the staff work the 55 hours. I literally cannot since I have a family and my daughter is only in day care a few hours a day, I'm already doing my max work. Is it crazy that I may want to leave Bc I hate making ppl miserable?
