Has anyone experienced any issues with scams applying for jobs on LinkedIn? I updated my LinkedIn profile and used the “Open to Work” banner and within 10 minutes, two recruiters messaged me asking me typical recruiting questions. After a few exchanges, I was asked to share my résumé. Once I did, the recruiter stated that my résumé was weak in comparison to my LinkedIn profile. Stated that it needed to be updated for ATS optimization and offered someone who could assist through teams or WhatsApp

With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date.
