CCSP (cloud security certification) is it worth to do ?

Hello! Generally speaking at B4, other than age-related restrictions (being ~50+), what are the factors that typically drive Partner / MD candidates to choose the MD path over the Partner path?

Anyone ever considered contractor gig in Meta/Facebook or any other big players in tech? I'm full-time in a smaller company and it's pretty stable. Wondering if the move could be worthwhile. Mostly want to explore other areas. Other things to consider: planning for babies in the next 3-5 years; maternity leave in current position is basically what's legally required.

Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience? Are there companies that will hire by seeing that I am willing to learn and am interested in frontend even tho I don’t have much experience with it yet?

What is your best advice for moving into data science without going back to school for a masters?
I have an engineering bachelors and my mba, and want to move into the data science and analytics side of things in the long term.
I’m currently in Strategy Consulting and I find it too functional and hypothetical/theoretical/ high level. Looking for advice on resources, timelines, skillets, building connections/network, things to consider, moving forward /path of last resistance, etc etc

How advanced in SQL are users here? I feel like I’ve “plateaued” and am worried about not developing further in SQL skills.

I am currently finishing up CFP course work. Does anyone have tips or tricks for studying for the actual exam? I am particularly concerned about the investment planning section. I m into QA as functional test planner for more than two years and now i m mood to change my role to automation, but after certification in selenium and Tosca my lead was not able to provide me the project based on automation so they are rolling me off from the project. Telling u will get automation project on bench.
Now i m confused what had happened and what to do on bench.

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.

Wanted to know if going from at Analyst at Deloitte to Senior Associate at KPMG was feasible. I have 1.5 years of experience working in a SOC before joining Deloitte. I wanted to come in at the consultant level but the recruiter insisted on coming in as an analyst. I have been at Deloitte Cyber for a 1 year now & it has not been a good fit. So 2.5 years of cyber experience & a Masters in CS from elite school… is it feasible I try for a Senior Associate role at KPMG in cyber?
