I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at. I’d like to “make it” here but if it means switching career to make money I’d like to get an idea to make the right job change.

So glad all problems are over. We are back on top of the world. Gun control, systemic racism, BLM, COVID, immigration, issues with minorities etc are all now all solved.

135k fans at the Indy 500 with no masks today. The PGA championship was full capacity with no masks as well. Both events looked like a replay from pre covid times. Even the stars of the show didn’t really follow covid protocols for optics. Is this a false sense of hope or is covid over in the majority of American’s minds?

Trump voter here. Two things can be true at once:
1) The executive orders are a clear abuse of presidential authority and borderline unconstitutional, same as they were under Obama
2) It’s a rare moment of smart politics by the president. Dems refused to negotiate last week or even accept Rob Portman’s option to extend $600 a week ad hoc until Congress reached an agreement so Trump decides to bypass them, and any challenge in the courts now delays aid and will be a bad look for democrats
