Anyone have tips for cover letter/resume to stand out?
They are huge on not negotiating salary there based on their blog.
Anyone know the base salary/expected commission? - It requires you to answer on the application. I would be so thrilled to work at the company I just want to put what they start out at.

Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

I can see this as a positive. As a woman of color I find security in a position that pays the same. My partner is an attorney and also finds the the standardized cravath scale as a positive - it’s transparent what peoples pay is and you can be assured you aren’t being underpaid.
Many law firms did this years ago. At least it’s transparent.
There’s no room for growth there. They’re starting everyone off at what they’re willing to pay them and you’ll maybe get a raise every 5-6 years of .5%. If you can work there and job hunt I would definitely see if there’s another option.
Either:
1) it recruits a consistent performance level (is that possible?)
2) it views those in the role as easily replaceable / doesn’t value them
3) Performance is compensated with a bonus

How is the comp relative to the industry/market?

Usually these paygrading programs do account for experience. Are you sure this one doesn't?
What's the rest of the payment structure bonus/commissions etc?

50/50. Also have to consider cost of living so someone In California paid same as someone in Iowa? Also won’t guarantee they will reduce base salary at a later date.
So I was applying for jobs and saw some $90K and others more like $115k in terms of total comp salary and bonus. Some companies have more expensive benefits or pension plan really valuable later in life.
Might be worth to think about the benefits , but aside from that some companies make you earn seniority in their company and move up the ladder , where they'd need to justify paying more versus others who've been there awhile
That’s typically. They offer transparent salaries.
Try to make your $ on commission.
