Has anyone in UAE left their company to go freelance / set up their own LLC to do consulting in the region? Any issues with non competes? How are they handled here?

I set up my own company and have some clients lined up but am concerned about being public about it for some time after I quit. I'm not stealing any clients but they would definitely fit the profile of clients that my firm would want.

Any advice that people could share?

Also do they change base location post offer letter release?
My HR said first take offer letter and then request for location cahnge.

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?
