Has anyone made the switch from governmental (local and some state) accounting to working as a grants coordinator or manager? I have worked exclusively for/with governments so have a lot of knowledge on the accounting side of grants and single audits and some federal reporting but I know that is not the same as administering and applying for grants . Would love to know if others have made this transition and if it worked for them.
