Has anyone recently attended the Managerial Round for an Infrastructure Specialist role at Sopra Steria?

I have cleared the technical round and have the next round scheduled. My experience is around 5 years in Network & Security (Palo Alto, Cisco, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VPNs).

Would appreciate any insights on the managerial round, the type of questions asked, and key areas to focus on.

Wtf is BizOps? When I was in industry, we just called it ‘Operations’

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?
