Probably not with the practitioner. A lot of job postings iv seen list that the preferred candidate will have at least one of the associate certifications so I would start there.
Wouldn’t hurt to get started...

Azure AZ-900 Fundamentals
If you can get your company to pay for it, why not? I'm going to take it before the SAA so that I get the feel for the AWS exam style

Just get the SAA
It doesn't do much for you. Cert takes 10 hrs of studying to get. Even the SAA won't get you more jobs
Doesn’t do a ton for you, but can be a big help for your firm. AWS has different levels of partnership and certain competencies which allow your firm to co-sell with AWS. These levels and competencies all require a number of certs from practitioners at the firm.
Long story short, get your firm to pay for it. Free certs are always a good idea. Isn’t gonna hurt your resume.
