I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? I know luerzers. Thought OP was talking about something else. Never heard it referred to as archive mag
I miss all those annuals. It’s how I learned craft. It’s all online now paywalled. But it’s worth paying for. Just like we used to shell out 100 bucks for a one show book. Def recco paying for Cannes love the work site. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to archive. But still not the same. There’s also way less conceptual print/posters these days. Also… GUT’s work is kinda a mini archive itself.

Love the work is cool but oof. It’s pricey. If you can get the agency pay for a team subscription that’s fine but no jr can afford that.
On the other hand D&AD is free and goes waaay back. One show is free but I think limited to that year winner.
