Has anyone registered a company federally and based in Toronto, ON? I'm thinking of starting one but not sure whether to do it myself or use Ownr. Are there any hidden advantages of one over the other than what the Internet tells, like some hidden processes?

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?
