From my understanding there’s not really a rule for this. Typically the party will call it for a hearing and thats when you know you have to get your papers in.
I would also check the judges page just in case.
I work in Florida typically you do not need to file formal response unless judge requires it. Local rules do require a phone conversation between attorneys before setting it for hearing. I usually send proposed agreed order to other side to see if we can do agreed order as well.
In Miami no response is required. Once hearing is scheduled, you will need to check the judge’s webpage to see how many days in advance they require courtesy copies before a motion calendar or special set hearing. Usually 5 days. Some judges will let you get away with filing a couple days before the hearing.

Isn't there a local rule?
The 11th Jusicial Circuit website doesn’t have a complete copy of the Court’s local rules. Only the rules pertaining to the jurisdiction of each division. https://www.jud11.flcourts.org/General-Information/Local-Rules
