We looked into all options and selected our own nanny for the convenience of not having to move to a friend's house. An ideal world would be living in the same condo building as another family and rotating nanny location weekly.

Yeah, we didn't want to have someone living with us. You also need to provide a car for transportation. I have also read about them suing because they were working over 40 hours per week.

Nanny shares are pretty common! Seems very cost effective if you can find a compatible family who lives close by. Check local Facebook parenting groups

Hi All,

My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry

Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days.The MNC will be offering good package,but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter,and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2.
