I was able to cut down one meeting with a client. We were having weekly meetings and now because the structure is changing, we now have biweekly meetings. So that one down. I'm working on another client now.
Meeting can be too much sometimes. I started making some meetings two to three times a month. It give me more time to actually get things done without feeling too overwhelmed
In years past, I had an ea who just proactively blocked out breathing room on my calendar. I keep my own schedule these days but have kept that practice. It lets me take a second to respond to emails, deal with an emergency without screwing the rest of my day, do a personal errand or just go to the bathroom.
Even 15 min 2x a day makes a difference.
I’ve also started declining a lot of stuff and not being as compulsive- I may well be less integral to the process than I thought. Might be easier as an ecd than a cd, of course.

I block out my calendar and decline meetings that do not seem relevant for me. I always review the notes from those meetings though.
