Now I'm struggling to get even interviews -- I don't know where I'm going wrong? Should I even mention the career break in my resume? What worked or did not work for you? Please share your experience. A mom here who feels like her career took a 360 turn after taking time off due to personal reasons.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.
