I’m fully remote. Started in Orlando joined a fully remote project. Then moved and became a hybrid employee. They transferred me to the closest office near me which isn’t a USDC office. All you do is fill out the transfer form on TOD. You need coach, manager and PPMD approval. After you submit the form talent asks for you to send them an email showing those 3 folks approve and the transfer is done in two weeks.

I started during covid when offices were closed. Immediately started with my client virtually. Then when they started asking us to go in, I never went in. Then I moved and the firm was doing some auditing for W2’s. So talent reached out and asked where I was physically.

How much support staff is reasonable to expect? Plaintiff PI, med mal/aviation and we’ve lost 2/4 “paralegals” in the last month. Lack of support staff really beginning to feel like it will limit my ability to handle the usual caseload. Was on an island before, and only going to get worse…
