Has has anyone seen a part time gig work for account management? Any advice? I’d love to do like 60% of my current job, but never seen it done. Is it even possible?

I think in general getting companies to agree to 60% is really difficult. Not because jobs can't be done in 60% of the time, but because everyone else is working standard hours, figuring out how to work around one persons 60% (or worse multiple people with different 60% hours) becomes difficult really quickly.

For the record I actually don't think it would be that hard (we work east coast and west coast so not that far off anyway), but I think it's hard for a lot of leaders to wrap their heads around the logistics...

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
