Have an offer from Citi where they offering around 35 fixed and overall 38. And during discussion with JPMC have asked for around 43 but they were not okay with offering this much. What could be the ideal range for 6 YOE from a top tier consulting background in payments , Fintech domain.
Citi is offering AVP C12 and department is credit risk
Jpmc is offering 602 Senior associate and department is CIB
Any suggestions are helpful.

That is true Citi Payment they work for 12 hrs daily and for 6 year max cap is 35 fixed and avp max cap is 45. If you want 45 you can get VP.

Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
