Have any of you transitioned into an HR role? What would you say are the transferable skills you leveraged the most? I'm considering the shift but have apprehensions that I'm not going to be able to handle all that it takes to be in Hr. On the other hand, I feel super confident that I will love what HR, at least the idea of it that I have, entails. Would love to hear firsthand experience from someone who has made this shift.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. I just found out a new colleague was brought on at 20% higher salary than my current salary. (Have been w/ firm 1.5 years) She doesn’t have a 4-year degree (working on it).
