My one year anniversary of opening my own solo firm is next week. Ideas for how to recognize this milestone on social media/Linkedin, etc? I do blog regularly but I'm struggling to figure out the best angle.

I’m 46, entering perimenopause and know very few women who’ve reached this stage via age rather than as the result of surgery. What are the symptoms you’ve experienced? My male GP seems pretty clueless. For me: shorter and heavier cycles, plus worsening cramps.

Anyone who has started up a side hustle whilst working in consulting - is it generally a good idea to let your employer know or will they make your life difficult/try to push you out if they know?

(Context - I need the extra income to have a shot at affording grad school, I work for a small boutique, job contract was ambiguous on the issue. Side hustle is selling stuff I make as a hobby on Amazon)

He said he doesn’t have any reasons pro trump rn, and his only reason pro Biden is climate change. And his reasoning behind that was that in 30 years he doesn’t want any of his properties to be uninsured/some damages not be covered if it were to be affected by climate change.
