Have been working on a project from the start at work but someone else has been slowly taking the credit, would you call this out or quietly move on?

I think id have to call it out in a very tactful way lol

I agree with this!

I’d also call it out

Totally, this is the way to do it!

Oh definitely call it out & keep track of everything you have done. Talk about the work you’re doing with your manager or whoever else wants to listen & never say “we” if it’s just you who did the work. Beat them to the punch & take credit for your work before they do.

These are some great notes. Thanks!

Call it out and make sure others know it’s your work!

I agree! Is tough sometimes though!

What is cab facility , like if my shift time is 8 to 4:30 will I get cab from both sides, also same for 12 to 8:30 shift...both sides cab is provided, free of cost.....no amount is deducted from monthly salary ...Right????

Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

Found out today my toxic manager bad mouthed me to an HR rep in a different division. This correlated with his bad management and abusive behavior. Luckily the new manager I’ll soon be working with dismissed it. Her words of wisdom “reflect on what you could have done differently, you can only control your actions”. How does that resonate for you? Have you had similar experiences?

Hi folks!

Have 4.2yrs exp in Analytics(SQL/python/tableau)
I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

I am in the Houston area at an energy related tech company as a software engineer. I have been working here a year and a half and got a 10% raise (70->77) but don't know if I am being undervalued. This is my first job in the field but I am evaluated as a top performer and have responsibilities like mentoring other employees and interns, delegating certain work items and make some of our major design decisions as we move forward.
