Yes. I am beyond over it. Had I known that accepting a position in the call center would be a dead end, I would never have accepted it to get into the company. I know exactly what you’re saying!!!!!!!!! The problem is, there isn’t anything I can do about it. If I slip up and let my feelings known, I would probably lose my job or be labeled as the office bitch.

I’ve been in this space plenty of times. It’s really unfortunate and sucks when the job or company itself isn’t bad but the people or leadership in place makes the culture/environment overwhelming and unbearable.
