Having worked both sides, I can say these are valid frustrations. Hopefully we can work on better dialogue and support because at the end of the day, we all want what’s best for our patients and staff. Has your place of work done anything meaningful to address staff concerns?

I'd say we are always attentive to finding ways to address staff concerns. How successful we are depends, of course, on one's perspective. And while the jokes in the meme are just jokes, they do make valid points. Pizza parties are not a substitute for good management.

My boss (exec director) and I need to come up with a schedule strategy. We work in a hybrid setting, 1-2 days in office, the rest remote. As you all know, the days fill up quickly with travel, meetings and requests internal, external, new partners etc. Fridays are usually off limits to schedule anything unless it’s super important or really no way to work around it. have you seen something, created or implemented a strategy/guideline that would free up more time? I know saying no more would help
