Healthcare Pay Is Rising — But Who’s Actually Benefiting?

The 2025 data is in: healthcare salaries are up 4.3% overall, but that growth isn’t reaching everyone equally.
Tech and diagnostic roles are seeing the biggest jumps, while administrative and support staff remain nearly flat.

Are you seeing fair compensation growth where you work — or has the pay gap widened?

That's interesting. I haven't gotten a raise in about a year and my last raise was only 2%. But when I look at other positions like mine in my area, they are paying less than what I'm making now. Which makes me hesitant to leave.

Yeah, Imwouldnt leave unless they offer you more money. Doesn’t hurt to look, keep your interview skills up in case something comes up.

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents.
