This first interview is a 30 minute HR screen. It is for a marketing position. Anyone have any words of advice or thoughts on the interview process? Any thoughts on the culture. Anyone hiring those who have been out of work for a year? I took time off to tend to personal matters, but I am now looking to get back into the workforce again. My previous experience includes time at B4 audit up to senior level and then transitioned to manager in industry. Senior/manager roles are preferred.

I don’t mind audit. However, I’d prefer it not to be at a B4, as I am looking for some semblance of a work life balance.

I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?

I’ve looked at Enterprise and it’s roughly 2,000 a month for a compact. If I’m going to pay that, I’ll just lease a Urus for 18 months and save one or two hundred😂
